While probably best known for partitioning and commercial fit outs, Cemac is also a preferred provider of shelving systems for a range of applications in the retail sector.  The company has provided shelving, either separately or as part of a complete fit out, for companies such as Briscoes, Rebel Sports, New Zealand Safety, Mitre 10, Protector Safety, Blackwell Paykels, Ramset & New World.

Shelving projects outside the retail sector include the libraries at Amberley for the Hurunui District Council, Oxford Area School and Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology.  The options in shelving include fixed units or mobile systems on tracks that can take up to 60 per cent less floor space than traditional systems.  For larger storage solutions there is the option of mechanically driven systems.

Clothing and storage lockers are also very popular with recent installations being carried out throughout the South Island.  Cemac has also specialised in one off type lockers for various clients’ specific needs.
