Partitions - Series 9

The Cemac Series 9 partition system provides a prestigious, integrated glazed and solid full height partition system featuring “Slimline” aluminium detailing with silicone jointed glazing.

Designed for provide full height floor to ceiling glazed integrated with full height doors and solid partitions.  The system installed by Cemac to you requirements provides an elegant and functional solution to you partitioning needs.

The Cemac Series 9 partition system is designed to provide a full solution to the requirement of full height Slimline glazed office walls totally integrated with full height solid walls and doors.  It also allows for a complete range of specialist design and decoration requirements to be incorporated.  The system is fully installed by Cemac’s own specialized staff to provide the complete solution to office partitioning requirements.

Glazed Walls

Perimeter of glazed walls is trimmed with a two piece aluminium extrusion appropriately fixed to floor, ceiling and adjoining walls.  Glazing in glass in clear, or grey tints is available up to 3000mm high, but within constraints of building access which also controls with of sheets.  Adjoining sheets are jointed with matching silicone in equal width panels to each opening.

Solid Walls

Solid walls are trimmed with an aluminium extrusion matching the depth of the glazed MDF walls and can incorporate a matching skirting line or have a separate 100mm or skirting to match or contrast as required.  Studs are 63 x 30 cold rolled galvanized steel sections prepunched for service reticulation in the cavity.  The system can accommodate lining up to 9mm or 13mm in thickness and can be constructed in either a jointless flush wall system or a modular panel system.

Doors & Frames

A full range of doors and frames is offered to complement the design requirements.  Generally, doors are full height and are available in a complete range of exotic or native veneers, paint or lacquer aluminum framed glazed doors are also available.
Aluminium door frames are available as a 50 x 30mm slimline frame incorporating the door and frame in the partition thickness whilst allowing mounting of a standard architrave light switch and wiring for same.  Frames have a mohair pile strap to ensure quiet operation. Timber fames can be provided if required.

Aluminium Trim

Aluminium trim can be finished in a variety of ways including epoxy powder coating in any colour, clear and satin anodizing.
