HILLS COMMERCIAL
The Brief
The build of Hamilton East’s newest commercial building has recently been completed. Designed and built by Stark Property and known as Hills Commercial, Stark Property partnered with the team at designwell to provide an exceptional fit out using Cemac furniture and accessories.
Maisey Harris & Co
The Brief
Demonstrate, through conceptual designs and space plan layouts, how the new tenancy could be adapted to suit the clients requirements for their dynamic culture.
Tui Medical
The Brief
To provide a high-quality furniture solution to fit within the architect’s design. Furthermore to consult with the client around some tricky spaces and continue to assist in the office growth.
IT PARTNERS
The Brief
To provide furniture and consultation for desk and community space layouts. Specification of finishes followed as did the development of custom joinery Engineer’s workbenches and further social space areas.
CTEK
The Brief
To design the furnishing layout, in conjunction with the Architect to achieve a vision for future expansion, and to supply a sustainable furniture system, and joinery elements, to compliment the new buildings internal architectural features.
SAFETY AND APPAREL
The Brief
To design and supply the furniture, joinery, and racking fixtures into a brand new building on Earthmover crescent, accommodating approx. 25 Office/sales staff, retail space, and a storage warehouse for the nationwide distribution of customer orders.
